At Double Canvas, it's important that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item is unworn and in perfect condition, you can send it back to us within 28 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Merchandises that do not meet these requirements or is returned after 28 days will not be accepted.
All sales items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.
We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the item and if it is in its original condition your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that was shipped along with your package and send your merchandise back to Double Canvas. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange or refund.

Please be sure to include your order number, your email address, and the email address of whoever placed the order. (if they're different.)
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labeling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Double Canvas will pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.
